Design of Condominium Complex

129 Prospect Street is a 4-story residential condominium building with an underground parking garage. The building was designed with an entry courtyard on Prospect Street, with fountain and planters.  A courtyard was also designed with water and planters.

The building is designed with brick veneer and cast stone on wood frame construction.  The fourth floor is setback to form a continuous terrace that reduces the mass of the building. The fourth floor is constructed with a stucco façade on wood construction. The fourth floor consists of a sloped slate mansard roof.

The first floor consists of ornamental balustrades and bands in front of the windows and doors. The front façade contains ornamental quoins, window heads and jambs. Wrought iron railing were installed on the façade of French doors to allow full opening of doors.
