1325 Avenue of America is a multistory office high building that has 4 story high pass-through plaza that is covered with a skylight. Restaurant tenants utilize the plaza to have open-exterior seating. Leaks have developed through the skylight into the open seating plaza.

Diaz Architect & Associates, P.C. designed and conducted multiple water tests on the skylight gasket joints, valley panel in the skylight, conduit penetration for lighting and the built-in gutter. We were successful in reproducing the leak and allowing us to make various recommendations.
