Office Fit-Out

The building at 41 Clermont, Union NJ is a one-story brick industrial structure in a multi-tenant complex. The office fit-out included providing a partial office and warehouse space for a major exterior restoration contractor.

The office space was designed to accommodate training rooms, conference room, cubicle areas, drawing storage, estimating department, pantry area, visitor offices and executive office. The Executive Office included private bathroom, storage, and small conference room.

The space was renovated with wood laminated cabinetry, patterned carpet, glass partition walls, textured tile and painted accented walls. The warehouse space was also interiorly renovated of the manager’s office, bathroom, and opens space for equipment and supplies storage.
