St. Ann’s, Garwood, NJ

The St. Ann’s condominium complex is designed to blend into the existing residential neighborhood while providing the occupants an pleasant experience.

The building  was designed to undulate and mimic the massing of single family houses. Victorian porches, bay structures with conical roofs, staggered gables, dormers and trim work were introduced to provide unique residential architectural feel.

The project also incorporates underground parking to relieve the site of parking requirements, therefore allowing recreational landscaped areas for outdoor activities.
